STE final approval:

After you have submitted your exam for both training scenarios, your reliability as a STE evaluator will be determined. STE reliability is calculated by using a statistical method that compares your responses with the correct responses and responses of others completing the training.

Reliability scores are essential to ensure all STEs are evaluating candidates in the same way. These scores help RW-Education determine how much and what type of continuing education is needed for each STE.

If your reliability score is determined to be acceptable you will receive an email communication to notify you that you are fully approved as an STE and can start serving in that role and evaluating students!
